All bedrooms have easy access to large verandas / balconies where you can take in the sun or simply relax and enjoy the stunning views.
Kitchen - is finely appointed and well equipped with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, and dishwasher.
Externally - Substantial Patio and Veranda area where you can enjoy relaxing, dining and watching the sunset over a glass of wine. Take a stroll in the beautiful private gardens and orchard, enjoy a BBQ and take a swim in the large pool. The pool although shared is most often only used by the villa guests.
Location - This beautiful property is located in the traditional village of METAXA where you will find a local minimarket and Souvlaki Bar, there also is a very nice restaurant the Olive Garden only a 10 minute stroll away. In Lakithra the next village there are many taverners, a bakery, cake shop and local bar. Within walking distance you can also visit the Marina Bar in the prestigious village of Kourkoumelata.
Beaches - 5 minutes drive to Avithos beach, which features golden sands with beautiful clear waters. The beach is fantastic for children and features local tavernas and fabulous views across to Zakinthos. Other beaches which are not far away are Lourdas and Trapezaki which are within 15 minutes travel. In addition the villa is just a 10 minute drive from the capital of the island, Argostoli, which offers a cosmopolitan atmosphere with many good restaurants, bars and shops.
